Hey everyone!

So I thought i'd talk about how i stay positive on a day to day basis as it's one on them things i find difficult and i know most people do too!

Firstly, i like to make excuses, yeah haha, lets say if someone or myself says something bad and negative i like to hit them with something positive and i even do this to myself if I'm having bad thoughts. It's become an impulse now.

Gratitude, it's the biggest key to keeping positive in life, everyday you should remember things that your grateful for and they can be the smallest things ever like that i have a roof over my head or that i have internet or the amazing friends i have. There's so many things to be grateful for and this practise can help you change your mind set if you're ever down.

Being aware and taking time to breath, meditate and personal time. You have to be aware that your thoughts of negativity aren't real and they're all just your ego messing up your trial of thought. Even if you're so set in being negative about someone or yourself it's still your ego pushing these thoughts on you. If you find yourself feeling so much negativity take a step back and take time to breath and be aware that you're doing so, try not to think anything else.
Meditation is something i should do more often though i never have the time, its a good way to make your mind be still for some moments and clear your head. I've found meditating in the morning is the best to get ready for the day.

And thats it really, hope you have a great day!

  1. I loved reading this post, i think it's always good to try and think of something positive for every negative thing someone says or something you think!
